Life and Wellbeing Coach

Meg Viney has been a certified health and wellbeing coach for well over a decade and she has
previously worked in the personal fitness industry helping many people achieve their health and
fitness goals. For the last 7 years, Meg has been working as a Wellbeing Coach with adolescents
between the ages of 14-18 years of age at one of Melbourne’s most elite private girls’ schools.
Meg is passionate about helping people to become the best version of themselves. She understands
that everyone she speaks with has different values, goals, motivations, mindsets, and circumstances.
Her high level of empathy and active listening skills enable her to capture and focus on what is most
important to her clients and help guide them through the process that will best support them to
achieve the most realistic and fulfilling outcomes.
