Teenager | Young Adult Coaching is all about helping teenagers (from 15 years of age) and young adults to build their confidence and gain valuable life skills so that they can go on and experience their own sense of belonging, happiness and accomplishment. Our coaches often are more like mentors and are keen to learn how each new client ‘ticks’. We are not counsellors although we have counsellors available if it becomes apparent that a counsellor is more suitable.

Coming out of isolation is challenging for everyone so there is no need for anyone to feel silly or weak if they are not coping well. We ensure we match you with the right coach that can help you with your own journey in the way that is relevant to YOU.

Our 1:1 Teenager and Young Adult Coaching can include goal setting, making wise decisions about anything from career/study pathways, social, friendships and to understand yourself and other better. The underlying focus is personal growth, sustainable life-skill development, self-empowerment and greater confidence.

Teenagers and young adults benefit greatly from our unique, allround approach. Often young people find themselves struggling to set and maintain personal boundaries. Wouldn’t it be great if they not only knew how but had the self-esteem and motivation to follow through? Our trained coaches can give your

son or daughter the tools, accountability and structure they need, through 1:1 sessions. If you are a parent reading this, you would probably kn

ow all-to-well that your teenagers would sooner listen to someone else about these things.

“I can’t find time to do my studying”. Parents, do you hear this statement from your son’s or daughter’s often? It can be so frustrating, especially if you have offered assistance time and time again. We understand a parent’s perspective and a parent or step-parents concerns.

Note: we have Parent Mentors too!

To give you an insight into the benefits of this 1:1 coaching;

  • Confidence and self-esteem
  • Finding direction in life overall or just with career
  • Motivation renewal
  • Personal development
  • Goal setting and achievement
  • Career pathway planning
  • Job search methods
  • Study methods and time management
